Refund and Return Policy:
RETURNS
Should your goods not arrive in the expected condition, or you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased please phone us or email us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
All Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original unopened packaging. And goods must also have been stored in the required storage conditions, such as refrigerated if so required as on packaging, whilst in your possession.
We do not refund the cost of postage or return postage.
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products; package your products safely and securely for protection during transit; clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product. Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
You may also arrange with us to return your order to one of our "Free Pick-up Locations"
REFUNDS
If you paid by EFT using Payfast, or you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll need to provide us with your banking details. Credit Card and or Paypal payments will be processed directly into the credit card / Paypal account used to pay for your original order.
All other payments will be refunded via the original payment method used for your original order.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have redeemed a discount coupon on your original purchase we will reissue the coupon amount and refund the amount you have paid, excluding the coupon value.
Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to reflect depending on your payment method and bank used.
